The friday the 13th movie series, reviewed properly, imitates previous thrillers, in turn.

Generally speaking it does that.
Yet, most of all, the friday the 13th movie producers made the flicks simply due to the success of the original boogie man.
Movie.
Micheal myers.
And the original halloween.
They were looking to cash in on the success of halloween.
So they made friday the 13th part one.
That is not to say, they didnt do a okay job.
They did.
Jason voorhees fame has even superceded the original boogie man.
To a certain extent.
Generally speaking.
Yet, it's still a copy cat movie.
To halloween.
HALLOWEEN IS STILL THE ORIGINAL.
